Rainmakers Awarded Recompete of CMS Beneficiary-and Family-Centered Care Survey Center (BFCC-SC) for Quality Improvement Organization
August 27, 2024 – Phoenix, Arizona – Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC (Rainmakers), a trusted health care consulting firm, announced today that it was awarded a recompete to continue implementing the Beneficiary-and Family-Centered Care Survey Center (BFCC-SC) contract to support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) in enhancing health care quality for Medicare beneficiaries. The focus of this project is to engage Medicare patients and caregivers in primary research to gain insights on how to improve their experiences and interactions with the Beneficiary-and Family-Centered Care-Quality Improvement Organizations (BFCC-QIOs) program. The contract is valued at $9.7 million over five years.
The BFCC-QIOs play a crucial role in supporting Medicare beneficiaries with their care-related concerns, ensuring they receive high-quality health care services from Medicare providers. The Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) consists of health care quality experts, providers, and consumers who work collaboratively to enhance the quality of care delivered to individuals with Medicare.
