Rainmakers Awarded Contract to Support CMS Physician Compare Website
July 16, 2024 – Phoenix, Arizona – Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC (Rainmakers), a trusted healthcare consulting firm, announced today that it was awarded the Program Support for Implementation and Development of the Physician Compare Website as part of Measure & Instrument Development and Support (MIDS) vehicle. Under this 5-year contract, Rainmakers will support the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) in managing the implementation and development of the Physician Compare Website.
The Physician Compare Website provides important information on clinicians and groups enrolled in the Medicare program who participate in the Quality Payment Program (QPP). The website allows Medicare users to view general information about approved Medicare professionals, group practices, specialties, and more to help patients make informed decisions about their healthcare providers.
