Rainmakers Awarded Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Conference Contract

Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC (Rainmakers) was awarded the Division of Healthcare Quality Promotion (DHQP) Conference, Training and Consulting Support Service BPA contract for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to provide logistical support for meetings, trainings, and other events. The mission of the DHQP is to protect patients and health care personnel, while promoting safety, quality, and value in both national and international health care delivery systems.

Rainmakers trainers and instructional designers will develop and deliver training. Our clinical and other health care professionals will provide consulting services in support of DHQP and technical assistance to stakeholders. We will use proven training solutions and expertise to deliver conference meeting management, travel support, event registration, and onsite operations and logistics.

Rainmakers was also awarded the first call order for CDC National Healthcare Safety Network (NHSN) Education and Data Quality Assurance Team conferences in March and July 2019. These conferences will be focused on educating health care personnel on how to measure, validate, interpret, and respond to HAI data. Participants will then be able to present data to the staff, initiate process improvements at the facility level, and positively affect healthcare practices. This learning opportunity will enhance the knowledge and skills of NHSN users to decrease HAIs and improve patient safety and outcomes.

"The opportunity to partner with the Center for Disease Control is an honor. We are looking forward to assisting the CDC in moving their vision forward."
