Rainmakers Awarded Amtrak Training and Development Master Service Agreement
February 11, 2026 – Phoenix, Arizona — Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC (Rainmakers) announced today that it has been selected by Amtrak as an awardee under its Training and Development Master Service Agreement following a competitive procurement process.
The Master Service Agreement establishes a contracting pathway for Rainmakers to support Amtrak’s training, workforce development, and learning modernization priorities through future task orders. Under this agreement, Rainmakers is eligible to design and deliver a wide range of instructional services, including eLearning, instructor‑led training, multimedia development, simulation‑based learning, accessibility‑compliant digital training, and other workforce readiness solutions aligned with Amtrak’s strategic training needs.
