Rainmakers Achieves CMMI Level 2 Certification for Services
October 9, 2024 – Phoenix, Arizona – Rainmakers Strategic Solutions LLC (Rainmakers), a trusted health care consulting firm, announced today that it has been appraised at Level 2 for Services of the ISACA’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI®). The appraisal was performed by Cepeda Systems.
CMMI is a proven, outcome-based performance model and the globally accepted standard for improving capability, optimizing business performance and aligning operations to business goals. An appraisal at Maturity Level 2 indicates the organization is performing at a “managed” level. At this level, we use statistical and other quantitative techniques to optimize performance and improvement to achieve quality and process performance objectives.
CMMI Level 2 indicates that the organization is performing at a “managed” level, utilizing statistical and other quantitative techniques to enhance service delivery and project management. This achievement reflects the establishment of essential process discipline and control in project management, quality assurance, and service delivery.
