Key Duties/Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Analyst

  • Selecting and testing project final training and content development deliverables to ensure compliance with style guides, contractual requirements and company standards. the testing to ensure that final training and content products meet the company and client standards for spelling, grammar, clarity, esthetics and compliance with Plain Language and ADA accessibility

  • Provide leadership and assistance  in planning, designing and conducting program evaluation activities

  • Identify procedures and scenarios for the quality control of products and services
  • Perform content reviews and inform the development team of defects and errors
  • Communicate quantitative and qualitative findings from test results to the development team
  • Monitor efforts to resolve product issues and track progress
  • Ensure that the final product satisfies the product requirements and meet end-user expectations

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred

Position Requirements and Relevant Knowledge

  • 3 years of quality control experience
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Environment and Cognitive/Physical Demands

  • Teleworking, virtual work environment
  • Ability to read, keyboard, reason, communicate effectively and problem solve
  • Requires prolonged sitting and telephone use
  • Requires the use of office equipment such as computer terminals, telephones, copiers and printers
  • Infrequent lifting to 15 pounds
  • Infrequent stooping
  • Periodic travel
