Provider Education Manager (PEM)

The Provider Education Manager (PEM) acts in the absence of the Project Director and is responsible to review all deliverables ensuring content accuracy and that Rainmakers presented and conveyed the content in the best educational format within contract scope and each product meets all internal and external standards.

Essential Functions
Key Duties/Responsibilities/Accountabilities

  • Lead weekly management meetings
  • Work directly with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) when the Project Director (PD) is out or unavailable
  • Lead the team when the PD is out or unavailable
  • Work closely with Content Review Managers (CRMs) and directly oversees their work
  • Assists CRMs with product development and sources
  • Reviews each product after CRM creation or update and ensures they used all applicable regulations and correctly applied them
  • Returns CRM work when it doesn’t meet required standards and explains what they need to change or add
  • Ensures CRMs maintain the Coverage Tracking Tool and they hold regularly scheduled meetings
  • Educates CRMs about internal and external product requirements
  • Ensures highest product authorities (e.g., federal law, rules, manuals, policies, etc.) and they site them correctly in the products
  • Organizes and prioritizes work to meet production deadlines
  • Reviews every product ensuring all products meet quality compliance expectations
  • Participates in Non-508 and 508 Compliant reviews
  • Returns PDF comments
  • Leads web-based training development
  • Ensures each product is in the best format to meet learner needs
  • Enhances the products knowing when to add aids in the product such as graphics, a decision tree, a chart, etc.)
  • Ensure timely post-publication reviews
  • Ensure timely post-publication tweets

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Must have Medicare health insurance experience
  • Must have 10 years relevant Medicare experience

  • Periodic travel
