At Rainmakers, We Celebrate Diversity
Rainmakers is an SBA certified 8(a) minority-owned and Economically Disadvantaged Women-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) with a diverse staff located in urban and rural areas across the United States. Even before the pandemic, Rainmakers operated as a remote company. Since our inception, we have been proud to maintain a workforce that is strongly represented by women and minorities. We firmly believe that diversity and inclusion are crucial for fostering a vibrant corporate culture and ensuring overall business success. As evidence of our commitment, our senior leadership team comprises 75% women and 50% minorities. In 2023 alone, 70% of Rainmakers’ new hires were women, and 63% were from minority backgrounds.
